James is a recognised advocate for the residential sector, with over 25 years’ varied delivery experience as a Project Manager and Advisor. He aims to help address the UK’s housing crisis, with a full tenure spectrum being key to this challenge, in both policy and practice. Through roles at Deloitte, Greystar and GAA, alongside sector roles including at BPF and UKAA, he is a tireless campaigner for better appreciation of Build to Rent (BTR), Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), intermediate affordable homes, and a much-needed cultural change around renting. James was recently included in EG's 'BTR's 50 Most Influential’ list.

Sarah is a leader in the field of BIM and digital twins, having published numerous papers as well as being a named contributor to the Chartered Institute Of Building’s Complex Projects Contract, having assisted with drafting of the BIM clauses and writing a chapter discussing the legal aspects of BIM for The Construction Manager’s BIM Handbook. She is regularly asked to speak on this topic as well as judge the BIM Show Live Awards.
